1. ROOT ACCESS CONDITIONS: The operator acknowledges that access to the GLSL shader pipeline matrix is provided under a sandbox license constraint. Unauthorized redistribution of compiled shader assets or proprietary matrix binaries is prohibited.

2. MEMORY OVERHEAD ALLOCATION: The user agrees to permit devicepixelratio scale clamping constraints and acknowledges that rendering performance may vary by hardware profile, browser engine, and concurrent system load.

3. CORE EXCEPTION MONITORING: By checking the validation box on the sign-in page, you consent to telemetry exception harvesting used solely to stabilize the interface and diagnose critical client failures.

4. LIFETIME ACCESS: A one-time $10 payment grants full lifetime access to Stavescribe free-tier unlocks as described at purchase time. Lifetime access does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, future feature parity, or compatibility with every third-party host environment.

5. GOOGLE ACCOUNT: Sign-up and sign-in require a valid Google account. Stavescribe does not store Google passwords. Authentication tokens are handled according to Google’s OAuth policies and our own session retention limits.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE: Operators may not use Stavescribe to generate, store, or transmit unlawful content; attempt to reverse-engineer protected server endpoints; or overload shared infrastructure through automated abuse.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP: MusicXML, MIDI, and other files you upload remain your property. You grant Stavescribe a limited license to process those files for the purpose of providing transposition, generation, and related tools.

8. NO WARRANTY: The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Shader previews and transposition results may contain artifacts and should be reviewed before production use.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stavescribe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost data or interrupted sessions.

10. TERMINATION: We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, payment disputes, or security threats. You may stop using the service at any time; paid lifetime access remains subject to these terms while the service operates.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS: We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
